Relationship Retreats
Every relationship has turning points
In relationships, we long for closeness, but stress, distance, and old hurts can get in the way. Our relationship retreats use the Hold Me Tight® program and are powerful experiences that give you and your partner effective tools to:
Break out of painful cycles of conflict
Understand what’s really driving your disconnection
Create safety and trust in your bond
Deepen intimacy and emotional closeness
Reconnect with your partner in meaningful ways
You’ll leave with new skills, shared experiences, and a stronger sense of “we,” not just “me” and “you.”
Some retreats held in collaboration with Haugen Performance Consulting. Be the first to know about upcoming retreats by joining our email list using the button below.
These retreats are not couples therapy.
If you want to begin couples therapy call us at (701) 780-6821 to connect with one of our talented couples therapists.

Partner with Us
Healthy relationships are the foundation of thriving families, strong workplaces, and resilient communities. Yet, so many couples struggle with disconnection, stress, or cycles of conflict, leaving them feeling isolated instead of supported.
By sponsoring or hosting a relationship retreat using the Hold Me Tight® program, your organization can make a meaningful impact by giving couples tools to:
Improve communication and trust
Heal from conflict and disconnection
Deepen intimacy and emotional safety
Strengthen bonds that ripple out into families, workplaces, and communities
Why Partner With Us?
Research-Backed Approach: Hold Me Tight® retreats are grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the most effective, research-backed methods for relationship growth.
Community Impact: Stronger couples build stronger families, workplaces, and congregations.
Customizable: We contract with businesses, nonprofits, organizations, and faith communities to design a retreat that fits your audience and your goals.
Accessible: Retreats are designed as relationship education (not therapy) making them welcoming and inclusive for a wide range of people. We are based in Grand Forks, ND, and travel to locations throughout the US to offer these retreats (additional fees apply for retreats held outside of Grand Forks, ND).
Churches & Faith Communities
Couples often turn to their faith community for support when their relationship feels strained. Hosting a Hold Me Tight® retreat allows your church or faith community to offer a structured, evidence-based experience that aligns with your mission of care, connection, and growth.
Businesses & Organizations
Supporting employee and community well-being goes beyond the workplace. A sponsored retreat shows your commitment to strengthening not only professional success but also the personal relationships that sustain it. Health relationships can decrease burnout and improve well-being.
Bring our relationship retreats to your community
Contact us to learn how your organization can partner with our team to sponsor or host a retreat using the Hold Me Tight® program. Together, we can help couples reconnect, repair, and thrive.
We are happy to talk with you about multiple sponsorship options from simply identifying names of couples who are interested to fully funding the retreat.
