In addition to sport psychology services, Dr. Lang’s approach to therapy is collaborative and focused on building connections of trust, empathy, and honoring our humanity. Dr. Lang uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support patients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. She blends her experience across modalities and tailors her work to address each individual and their unique needs, challenges, and strengths.

Dr. Lang received her her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota. She completed her pre-doctoral internship through the Colorado Psychology Internship Consortium in Edwards, CO. She is supervised by Kristin Hoff, PsyD, LP, CMPC (sport psychology focus) and Desiree Jagow, PhD, LP (mental health treatment focus). She is also working toward becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant ® (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

When Dr. Lang is not working, she enjoys spending time hiking, training for RAGBRAI, and spending time with her dog, Ollie.
