Desiree Jagow, PhD, LP, is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in individual psychotherapy for adults. She also provides individual therapy to collegiate student-athletes experiencing mental health concerns. Areas of special focus include the treatment of anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, issues related to abuse, grief and loss, and personality disorders. Although trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal theoretical orientations, her therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature to provide therapeutic intervention that best fits best the client.
Dr. Jagow received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She completed her Pre-Doctoral internship at the Southwest Consortium Pre-Doctoral Psychology Internship located at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She completed her Post-Doctoral Internship at the Minnesota Consortium for Advanced Rural Psychology Training located in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
