Olivea Sehrt, MSW, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides therapy to individuals aged 16 and older. Her passions include treating anxiety, depression, trauma, maternal mental health, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, self-harm, life transitions, and mood difficulties. Olivea utilizes various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She enjoys integrating the importance of the mind-body connection through breathing techniques and holistic practices in her sessions, while offering each client personalized care to meet their unique needs.

Olivea earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. She is currently working toward obtaining her LCSW license and is being supervised by Katie Francis, MSW, LCSW/LICSW, and Megyn Useldinger, MSW, LCSW/LICSW.
