Jeff Williams, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker . He provides individual therapy for adults experiencing posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, relationship conflict, and adjusting to life changes. He specializes in cognitive behavioral (CBT) and interpersonal therapy. He uses a combination of solution focused, narrative, existential , and motivational interviewing approaches. He has experience facilitating dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and animal assisted psychotherapy with horses.

Mr. Williams grew up in rural North Dakota and completed his Master's degree in Social Work at the University of North Dakota. He has worked in outpatient, crisis, residential, and inpatient mental health settings.
